We help you shape the story, outline scenes or interviews, and schedule filming. We’ll take care of all the technical planning — you just bring your vision.

4. Filming Day(s)

Relax — we’ll guide interviews, capture key footage, and ensure everything feels natural and mission-aligned. We’re great at working with real people, not actors.

5. Editing & Review

We edit your video with heart and polish. You get a first cut, then we revise based on your feedback until it feels just right.

6. Final Delivery & Support

You receive your final video files (plus any short versions or captions). We can also help with rollout, strategy, or social media tips to get your story seen.

6. We’ve never done video before — can you guide us?

Definitely. We work with many organizations doing their very first video project. We’ll walk you through the process step-by-step and make it easy and collaborative.

7. Can you help us with different formats for different platforms?

Yes! We offer optional add-ons like social media resizing to help get your video seen by the right people.

8. Where are you based? Do you work with clients outside your city?

We’re based in Toronto, but we’re happy to travel or work remotely. We’ve successfully worked with nonprofits across the USA and Central America.

9. What’s included in your packages?

Each package includes planning, filming, editing, and one round of revisions. We also include music licensing, motion graphics, and captioning unless otherwise specified.

10. Do you film events?

Yes! We film galas, fundraisers, conferences, and more. We can also turn your event footage into a highlight reel or donor thank-you video.
